YAPDEM tv presents Who knew Chinese detergent could wash blackness away?
When Robert Downey jnr (RDJ) was rumored to be wearing " blackface" for an upcoming movie, at the time, there was an uproar.
The movie was Tropic Thunder and back then, we didn't even need to see the movie..." Iron Man in blackface??????"
Then we watched the movie and we all laughed. It was brilliant and spoke to the genius of RDJ. No other actor could have played it without going overboard.
Then we have the above Chinese commercial that is implying that a black man is filthy and dirty and just by putting him in a washing machine, with their special detergent, will be cleaned of his dirt. He comes out shinny, clean and Chinese.
If this is a satire or a skit on a Saturday Night Live type of show, its still pretty offensive. Why didn't they use other races like Arabs, Indians or other people of darker persuasions? Why the black guy? How much did they pay him to knowingly disgrace his own race?
Hope it was worth it. Hope he built a big house with the money and is happy, because how he got the money is an act of blatant disrespect for who you are and who you represent.

Paul Biya v Yoweri Museveni
Will the youth (40 and over) ever see the light of day? Will they ever be given a chance to apply what they have learned to current problems? Africa is rich in knowledge, but illiterate in application. If my cell phone is having issues and I need someone to fix the minor problem that it is having, will I go to my grandfather and say " hey pops, how do I change my phone settings to the default setting"?
These dinosaurs of African existence have literally gone into full "vampire mode". They wont step aside for younger, more innovative leaders and won't go away. So essentially they are holding their nations hostage, without regard for future generations.
Yoweri Museveni is almost 80 years old and yet he has been deeply involved in everything Ugandan since the 60s and 70s. He has gone from hero to.... ..the best analogy would be if Superman saved the world and just keeps hanging around...he wont let Batman play, he wont let Wonder Woman play and for sure he will not let Aquaman sniff anything above water. Uganda is known for what exactly? Chelsea Handler once used Uganda in the title for her stand up show...guess the title..........Uganda be kidding me
Paul Biya is almost 90 years old and has been Prime Minister or Prime Commander since Cameroon's independence....Are you trying to tell me that no one else in Cameroon is smart enough to rule? How can he be the only one that is qualified enough to fail? Every citizen should have a chance of running their country; they might fail, but what if....they succeed and drag Cameroon out of the stone ages...India just sent a rocket to the moon, Cameroon hasn't even sent an astronaut.

Why is there a refree in the game if he still needs a computer to tell him otherwise?
Why not just play with no refs and let the nerds with computers, from the comfort of their stations, officiate the games?

The Boys tackles realism, while the Avengers don't
Just finished watching The Boys, available on Amazon Prime. A realistic story about Superheroes that are controlled by a corporation, who are selling a facade to the populace, while profiting. The show tells a more sinister and realistic story about unchecked power.
